DIRECTORS INTERESTS

The Company has been informed that the following 
directors of Bovis Homes Group plc have today 
transferred shares by way of gift, from their 
personal holdings, to their respective wives:    

John Michael Emery transferred 12,000 Ordinary 
shares of 50p each in the Company to Anne Emery.

Brian Michael Johnson transferred 15,500 Ordinary 
shares of 50p each in the Company to Joy Marie 
Johnson.


Following these transfers the interests of both 
directors remain unchanged.
