Director Shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification today that on 14 December 
2007 Mr Peter Leyland, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, bought 
250,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each at a price of 1.25 pence per share and 
on 17 December 2007 bought 375,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each at a price 
of 2 pence per share.

Following this notification he has an interest in 1,075,000 shares representing
0.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that it received notification today that on 
14 December 2007 Ms Susan Veness, the Finance Director of the Company, bought 
250,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each at a price of 1.25 pence per share and 
on 17 December 2007 bought 375,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each at a price 
of 2 pence per share.

Following this notification she has an interest in 725,000 shares representing 
0.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.
