The board of directors of West China Cement Limited ("the Company") is pleased 
to announce that PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PWC") have replaced PKF UK LLP 
("PKF") as Auditor of the Company. PKF have confirmed that there are no 
circumstances that they consider ought to be brought to the attention of the 
members or creditors of the Company. 
 
 
PWC has been appointed to act as the auditors of the Company until the 
conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company. The board 
considered that the appointment of PWC was appropriate in advance of the 
Company's proposed listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
