Zeehan Zinc announces that on 6 December 2007 it was notified that Creat Group
Company Limited ("Creat Group"), as a result of an acquisition of voting rights,
now holds 9,000,000 ordinary shares representing 6.2 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company. The ordinary shares are held by Creat Group's
subsidiaries, Marvel Link Group Limited and Kingwealth Finance Limited.

As of 7 December 2007, the total issued share capital of the Company is
144,976,674 ordinary shares.
