deployed Ortiva Wireless' unique iVOG (internet Video Optimization
Gateway) platform to help optimize Three UK network costs and
provide the necessary level of quality for subscribers. By
reducing the stalls, or buffering, that can be encountered by
people watching video over mobile networks, Three UK's customers
will receive a superior video experience.
Mobile video use continues to grow at a rapid rate, especially
for mobile carriers that have to manage the bandwidth-intensive
traffic. As more consumers and businesses rely on data cards,
tablets, and high-end smartphones, the ability to cost-effectively
deliver high-quality mobile video services is high on the list of
