Section 2 - Financial Information

On July 23, 2008, Central Jersey Bancorp ("Bancorp"), the parent company of Central Jersey Bank, N.A., issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
