Comverse Offers Thought Leadership and Best-Practice Advice for Communication Service Providers at Vision Summits
23 Novembre 2011 - 1:00PM
Comverse (Nasdaq:CMVT), a global leader in BSS, value-added
services, and mobile Internet today announced the success of this
year's Vision Summits for Communication Service Providers (CSPs).
The initial Vision Summit was held November 7-9, 2011 in Rome,
Italy; the Asia/Pacific (APAC) Vision Summit opens on November 28th
in Phuket, Thailand.
Organized around the theme "Telecom Landscape Evolution:
Innovate, Collaborate and Monetize," the events offer inspiring and
informative discussions with futurists, analysts, and industry
experts from Comverse, CSPs and partners, tackling the major
telecom issues of today — including how to prepare for a tomorrow
that will be defined increasingly by collaboration with
over-the-top players, real-time data monetization, cloud,
machine-to-machine, IP services, and more.
Working sessions are complemented by networking events and
face-to-face business meetings. 160 attendees representing 56
companies from 30 countries attended the Rome Summit.
"Our market leadership encompasses more than just improving
networks around the globe with industry-best solutions for
converged BSS, mobile Internet and voice and messaging VAS," said
Lionel Chmilewsky, Senior Vice President, Head of Customer Facing
Group at Comverse. "True industry leadership is also founded on the
development of a close and genuine relationship with CSPs. This
requires effective communication: sharing expertise and
forward-thinking vision – and most important, listening
attentively. These elements have been fundamental to the success of
Comverse and our customers through the years."
The APAC Vision Summit takes place November 28-30 in Phuket,
Thailand. For information/ registration, contact Yael Rohar at
