“Company”) posted an investor presentation to the Company’s website
(at www.breadfinancial.com) on the “Investors” page under “About
Us—Investors—Events & Presentations,” where the Company
routinely posts announcements, events, presentations, news releases
and other investor information. The investor presentation may be
used by the Company’s senior officers in connection with the
Company’s participation in the Credit Suisse Financial Services
Forum on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 and the Bank of America
Securities 2023 Financial Services Conference on Wednesday,
February 15, 2023, as well as in communications with investors,
analysists and other market participants. Information on the
