Charles J. Clark Joins Leaders of Congress and Business to
Participate in SAVER Act Summit CHICAGO, March 1
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aon Consulting, the human capital and

announced today that Charles J. Clark, senior vice president and
retirement practice leader for the greater Philadelphia area, has
been selected by the President of the United States and members of
Congress to be a delegate at the final of three summits called for
by the "Savings are Vital to Everyone's Retirement Act of 1997"

National Summit is a public/private partnership planned by the U.S.
Department of Labor and the International Foundation of Employee
Benefit Plans, in consultation with the Administration and
Congress. This Summit, taking place March 1 and 2 in Washington
D.C., will focus on the retirement savings challenges of four
targeted groups - new entrants in the workforce, workers nearing
retirement, low-income workers and small business employees. Summit
delegates are charged with identifying the central issues
encountered by these four groups, and analyzing possible strategies
to enable workers and their families to overcome their savings
obstacles. Michael J. Gulotta, chairman of Aon Consulting U.S.

planning and retirement-related issues. We're delighted that his
expertise in this area continues to be recognized by the U.S.
Government. We believe the work of these summit delegates is vital

Clark was appointed to the actuarial counseling position of the
ERISA Advisory Council, a group that advises the U.S. Secretary of
Labor on Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) matters.
Clark is also a member of the ERISA Industry Committee's (ERIC)
subcommittee on Retirement Security, Financial Executives
International's (FEI) subcommittee on Employee Benefits Finance and
the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Subcommittee on Retirement Benefits.
He is an associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled
Actuary, a member of the Pension Section of the Society of
Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Clark
graduated with honors from the State University of New York at
Albany with a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and a minor
