Prior to that, he founded Blumenthal Financial Advisors, serving as CFO and advisor to international businesses and individuals, focusing on global financial management and growth strategies. Blumenthal also spent 20 years with Andersen (formerly Arthur Andersen), primarily as a partner in the Human Capital Services and International Executive Services Practices, and partner in charge of Global Finance Transformation. In addition, he served as the CFO, Asia Pacific, with Andersen, and spent nine years in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. Blumenthal, based in Chicago, also will play a leading role in the strategic planning process as it relates to profitability and future business growth. The position of CFO for Aon Consulting Worldwide expands a controller role previously held by Dennis Slusarski, who will assist Blumenthal with the transition during the next several months.
