Grace Cowan to lead Life, Disability and Elective Benefits National
Practice CHICAGO, June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aon Consulting

the Chicago office as senior vice president and national director
of the Life, Disability and Elective Benefits practice. (Logo:

brings 25 years of industry experience to Aon Consulting. As the
practice director for Life, Disability and Elective Benefits, she
is responsible for developing client services and products, revenue
growth and strategies, and developing and recruiting talent. Cowan
joins Aon Consulting from MetLife where she was senior vice
president of Customer Service, Underwriting and Operations. Prior
to joining MetLife in 2000, she served as the chief operating
officer of Chicago Health Systems, with responsibilities for
merging and reengineering the operations and revenue producing
business for seven hospitals, including University of Chicago.
Cowan earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from
Northern Illinois University and a jurist doctorate from the
University of Iowa. Cowan is based in Chicago and begins serving in
