In her dual role, Mildenhall will be responsible for developing and executing client growth strategies and leading the health & benefits practice area. Mildenhall continues the series of strategic hires employed by Aon Construction Services Group to deliver distinctive client value and create unmatched teams. Her background also includes insurance carrier management at insurers USF&G and Argonaut. Mildenhall's diverse experience includes corporate leadership positions, driving field office operations, leading commercial lines in the western United States, and working in safety management and claims management. Mildenhall received a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
