CACI Awarded $29.8 Million in Task Orders to Provide Legal Support Services for Securities and Exchange Commission

Tasks Related to Analysis and Litigation
CACI International Inc (NYSE MKT: CACI) announced today it has
been awarded two task orders valued at a total of $29.8 million to
provide legal support services for the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC). The five-year task orders represent new business
for CACI in the company’s Investigation and Litigation Support
market area.
Under the terms of the awards, CACI will assist the SEC’s
Division of Enforcement, the Office of Compliance Inspections and
Examinations, and the Office of the Investor Advocate with
investigations of possible violations of securities laws, and
provide professional legal support services.
