Corning Cable Systems, part of Corning Incorporated's (NYSE:GLW)
Telecommunications segment, is continuing to simplify the
fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployment process with the Corning Total
Access Program(SM) (TAP). Introduced earlier this year, Corning's
TAP provides highly qualified design, engineering, furnishing and
installation companies with the tools necessary to ensure
successful fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments. Certified TAP
members receive all-inclusive access to Corning's innovative and
reliable FTTH solution. After completing specialized training in
the installation of optical access networks, TAP members are able
to offer their customers up to a 10-year extended product warranty
on complete Corning FTTH solutions (drop cables and assemblies
carry a 3-year warranty). The selective Total Access Program now
includes four of the most experienced and qualified companies in
the industry: Team Fishel, Zero dB, Zoomy Communications and Quanta
Services. These companies are using the benefits of the program to
deliver reliable, efficient and successful FTTH deployments to a
broad range of customers. -- Quanta Services is a leading provider
of specialized contracting services, delivering end-to-end network
solutions for the electric power, gas, telecommunications and cable

municipalities, greenfield real estate developers and public
utility districts around the globe. Zero dB is the only engineering
