Corning Announces Quarterly Dividend

Corning Incorporated’s (NYSE: GLW) Board of Directors today
declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share on the company’s
common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2020, to
shareholders of record on May 29, 2020.
