On March 6, 2023, Live Oak Mobility Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the per-share redemption price for the Company’s outstanding shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 (the “public shares”), will be approximately $10.16 (the “Redemption Amount”). As previously announced, the Company will redeem all of its outstanding public shares, effective as of the close of business on March 20, 2023, because the Company will not consummate an initial business combination within the time period required by its amended and restated certificate of incorporation.
