  • Environmental Product Declarations: Released eight environmental product declarations, showcasing carbon-negative products that represent 75% of our North American net sales for 2023.
  • Greenhouse Gas Emissions: Decreased Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions intensity per dollar of net sales by 41% since 2019.
  • Renewable Energy: Achieved 80% of energy use from renewable sources in 2023.
  • Recognition: Named to Newsweek’s list of America’s Most Responsible Companies.
  • Community Support: Donated nearly $1 million to causes important to local communities in which we operate.
  • Inclusivity Training: Trained 100% of active North American team members in the company’s customized inclusivity program.
