(NYSE:APH) will replace GreenPoint Financial Corp. (NYSE:GPT). GreenPoint Financial is being acquired by S&P 500 constituent North Fork Bancorporation (NYSE:NFB) in a transaction expected to close on or about that date. * Developers Diversified Realty (NYSE:DDR) will replace National Commerce Financial (NYSE:NCF).
