VICI Properties Inc. to Be Added to the MSCI U.S. REIT Index

VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE:VICI) (“VICI Properties” or the
“Company”), an experiential-asset real estate investment trust
(REIT), announced today that it will be added to the MSCI U.S. REIT
Index (RMZ), effective as of the close of the market on May 31,
2018.
The RMZ is a free float-adjusted market capitalization weighted
index that is comprised of equity REITs. The index represents about
99% of the U.S. REIT universe and securities are classified under
the Equity REITs Industry (under the Real Estate Sector) according
to the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS), have core
real estate exposure and carry REIT tax status.
