Gervin Antypowich to the Board of Directors of the corporation. 


Mr. Antypowich is a successful Alberta businessman and has been a tireless
supporter of CSM Systems Corp. and its operating division, Visionstate Inc. Mr.
Antypowich has a proven track record of success as the owner of one of the
largest independent logging companies in Alberta and he also has extensive
experience as a director of a public company, having sat on the board of CSM for
several years previously. CSM Systems Corp's Board of Directors welcomes Mr.
Antypowich and the experience and creativity he brings.
