In accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc., the exercise
price of the stock options granted to certain of ForceLogix Technologies Inc.'s
(TSX VENTURE:FLT) directors and officers on December 31, 2009 has been changed
from $0.08 per share to $0.10 per share. The grant of the effected stock options
was previously announced on December 31, 2009.
