Wayne Hatton-Jones has been elected
to the Board of Directors of the Company at the annual and special
meeting of shareholders of the Company held earlier today.
Mr. Hatton-Jones is currently the Chief Operating Officer of the
Company. Mr. Hatton-Jones has had over 27 years' experience in
mining and held a number of senior management positions in the
mining industry including with Randgold, Gold Ridge Mining,
Avocet Mining Plc and Harmony.
