(TSX VENTURE:NWT) (FRANKFURT:NMV) ("NWT" or "The Company") announced that CEO David Subotic and Chairman John Zorbas met last week with Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha in Tirana, Albania. Among the topics discussed was the potential for NWT Uranium to invest in Albania through the acquisition of exploration rights for state-owned mineral resources.

Both parties described the meeting at informative and fruitful and promised to continue to explore opportunities for future collaboration. NWT Uranium believes Albania to be well positioned for a period of sustained and substantial growth as the country continues with preparations to join the European Union.
