O'Rourke Engineering Ltd. ("OEL") is pleased to announce that Ammonite Corrosion
Engineering Inc. ("Ammonite"), a Calgary, Alberta, based leader in corrosion
engineering and asset integrity management, and Cormetrics Limited
("Cormetrics"), a Calgary, Alberta, based leader in corrosion testing and
failure analysis, have merged with OEL. 


Ammonite and Cormetrics bring industry leading expertise in corrosion
engineering and corrosion analysis and testing to OEL's highly regarded EPCM
business. The combination of these three companies will enable them to provide
an expanded service offering to each of their customers through a common
platform.

Cormetrics provides failure analyses to document corrosion mechanisms while

also developed testing methodologies to evaluate crude corrosivity for their oil
transmission pipeline clients.
