Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  The Parliament Corporation is 100% owned private corporate entity of the reporting individual

Remarks:
This amendment was to reflect three issues; 1) Adding errors which originally did not include the 848,941 shares held directly by the reporting person;2) the 23 open market purchases where done in the reporting persons private corpation, THE PARLIAMENT CORPORATION,100% controlled and owned by the reporting person, and 3) a reporting error of that originally did not included 30,000 shares in open market purchases in December 2014.

All correction have been done including the change from direct control to indirect control and subsequent footnote reflecting the indirect control.

Since the original report filed in on Feb. 3, 2015, the reporting individual is now GoldLand Holdings Co.'s Chief Executive Officer.
