Hannover House, the entertainment division of Target Development Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TDGI), has pegged the American Film Market in Santa Monica this November for the launch of their newly formed international sales division. Hannover House International will launch with more than thirty titles at this year's AFM / IFTA annual show with at least six new productions and a wide range of titles from the company's catalog.

"The decision to launch at AFM in November -- instead of at Cannes in May -- was designed to provide a post-production window for several of the titles," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Hannover House. "The additional time will enable the International division to be properly staffed and organized for maximum impact at the AFM."

Parkinson said that Hannover House will be attending the Cannes Festival and Le Marche du Film again this year, but only in the capacity as a buyer of rights for the U.S. market and not as a seller.

The November launch at AFM will enable the company to screen promo reels on at least three current productions that will be sold internationally by Hannover House, including the summer 2011 production of "Lucky Charms" and the 3D Sci-Fi Thrillers "Dances With Werewolves" and "ShadowVision." Hannover House is currently in negotiations for three additional 2011 feature film productions that may also be ready for sales at AFM. Additionally, twenty-four catalog titles from the Hannover House library will be reintroduced to international buyers, including best-sellers such as "Savage Land," "Future Shock" and "Outlaws: The Legend of O.B. Taggart" (all of which have been unavailable for international sales for seven or more years). Hannover House International will handle all worldwide territories and media for "Lucky Charms" and "ShadowVision." For "Dances With Werewolves" the company represents rights for sale and licensing within North America, Central America and South America.

Hannover House will be hiring a Vice President of Sales for the International Division, along with support staff in marketing, administration and deliveries. The American Film Market is an annual trade show of international buyers, sellers and producers of entertainment products, organized and administered by the Independent Film and Television Alliance (IFTA).
