NuVim, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NUVM), a leading provider of nutritional refrigerated and shelf stable ready to drink beverages and powder mixes, filed the quarter financial statements on Friday. The lateness in the filing was due in part to relocating the corporate offices. After 11 years in the same building NuVim decided to change locations rather than commit to another 3 year office term lease. The move will reduce the annual G&A expense by approximately $50,000.

More importantly, the first quarter represented a transition in the NuVim business model. There were no sales on the ready to drink beverage line until April when Wal-Mart reinstated the product line. Powder mix sales had no promotions in anticipation of converting the current powder mix product to a new improved all natural product endorsed and supported by John St. Cyr, M.D., PhD., Paul Addis, PhD., Linda Shecterle, PhD. and nutritionist Ruth Carey, RD., CSSD, LD,. These medical professionals assisted in the product development and will be fully engaged over the next 12 months to help enlighten the medical community to the NuVim nutritional benefits.
