Smart Ventures Announces Joint Venture Agreement
HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Mar 13, 2014) - SMART VENTURES, INC.
(PINKSHEETS: SMVR) (OTC Pink: SMVR) announces that it has entered
into a joint venture agreement with International Equity Partners
Oil & Gas to jointly acquire midstream assets and drilling
services companies to help the growth of the company. The parties
have identified specific target assets and is conducting due
diligence on the opportunities. International Equity Partners Oil
& Gas has acquired a significant minority equity stake in the
company through a private placement transaction that will be
mutually beneficial to both companies as a strategic investment
partner.
