The registrant is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Form 10-K Report for the period ended August 31, 2018 because its auditors have not yet had an opportunity to complete their review of the financial statements.

 

The Registrant’s auditors are finalizing the financial statements and it is anticipated that the Form 10-K Annual Report, along with the financial statements, will be filed on or before prescribed due date of the Registrant’s Form 10-K.
