UOMO Media Inc. (OTCBB: UOMO), a multi-channel entertainment company, today announced signing of actor, songwriter, recording artist Shawn Desman to a 360 Deal. The deal with UOMO encompasses future music and music-related businesses, including albums, touring, merchandising, television/film projects, and sponsorship agreements. The deal also includes the acquisition of Shawn Desman`s entire publishing catalogue of songs including his three top tens hit 'Shook', 'Get Ready' and 'Let's Go'.

Shawn Desman has released two platinum and gold studio albums for which he won a Juno in 2006 for "R&B/Soul Recording of the Year". He has also appeared in such movies as 'Honey' (Universal Pictures) and 'How She Move' (MTV Films), and contributed music in Jerry Bruckheimer's 'Kangaroo Jack' (Warner). Desman has collaborated with some of the biggest producers in music including Tricky Stewart, Rodney Jenkins and The Dream. Desman is currently putting the final touches on his third studio album.
