In reference to the 129-2023-PRE Circular Letter, we hereby inform you that, due
to Allianca Saude Participacoes S.A. (AALR3) PTO for ordinary shares, held at
3:00 p.m. on August 11, 2023 pursuant to the notice published on July 11, 2023,
B3 will adopt procedures below for August 14, 2023 opening on theoretical
indices portfolios:

Quantity to be excluded: 36,293,963
Exclusion Price: R$ 24,55
Quantity remaining on the indices as of August 14, 2023: 5,721,492

Index: IGCX
Quantity to be excluded: 72,587,926
Exclusion Price: R$ 24,55
Quantity remaining on the indices as of August 14, 2023: 11,442,984


In that way, the closing value for above indices on August 14, 2023, will be
calculated considering the weighted average between the excluded quantity, at
the auction's price, and the remaining quantity of the portfolio at the AALR3
closing price on the cash market on August 11, 2023.
For August 14, 2023 opening, the respective divisors might be adjusted.
