The Company has been notified that, on 19 June 2020 , Jlubomir
Urosevic, Director of the Company , purchased 50,000 o rdinary
shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("New
Ordinary Shares") at a price of 118 pence per share.
Following the above purchase , Mr . Urosevic holds 1,359,690
