DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was informed that on 25 February 2021 Mrs CE Donaldson, the wife of Nick Donaldson, Non-Executive Director of Games Workshop, sold 8,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of GBP97.2096 per share.

As a result Mr Donaldson and his wife now have an ultimate beneficial interest of 8,700 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
