On 19 November Sir Nigel Rudd and Lady Rudd transferred their shareholdings in the Company from their ISAs into the name of Sir Nigel Rudd, via a sale and repurchase of the shares. Sir Nigel Rudd also purchased 6,150 additional shares in his own name.
