Directorate Appointment

Appoints Non-Executive Director with extensive experience across a number of industries, including healthcare

Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Tim Miller as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 20 January 2020.

Tim will chair the Remuneration Committee and will also be a member of the Board's Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees. Tim is currently a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair of two FTSE 250 companies: Clarkson plc, the world's leading provider of integrated shipping services, and Equiniti Group plc, an international technology-led services and payments specialist. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Otis Gold Corporation, a resource company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
