Gartner defines APM as a “suite of monitoring software comprising digital experience monitoring (DEM), application discovery, tracing and diagnostics, and purpose-built artificial intelligence for IT operations.”* The report evaluated 15 different software vendors on 15 criteria.

"AppOptics has integrations with a lot of frameworks and supports all major languages. This is a major plus when your applications are built on a different framework. The live code profiling feature is very useful to drill down on a performance issue reported. It helps me to identify the bottleneck of the issue as I can very much inspect the request transaction flowing through the whole system,” said a design and automation engineer in the manufacturing industry.
