On 25 February 2020, upon the Court sanctioning the Scheme of
Arrangement pursuant to which the Company's entire issued and to be
issued share capital will be acquired by Surf Buyer Limited (a
newly formed company owned by funds managed and/or advised by Thoma
Bravo, LLC), awards vested and options were exercised under the
Company's various share plans.
