Press release on filing of the Reference Document 2018 Annual Financial Report

Paris, March 15, 2019. EDF's Reference Document for the 2018 financial year was filed today with the French financial markets authority (Autorité des marchés financiers).

The following documents are included in the Reference Document:

·    the 2018 annual financial report;

·    the report on corporate governance of the Board of Directors pursuant to Article L. 225-37 of the French Commercial Code (see concordance table 8.5.3);

·    the information regarding the fees of the statutory auditors (included in section 6.1);

·    a description of the share buyback program (included in section 7.3.2).
