   QPR SOFTWARE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN 4 APRIL, 2019 AT 5:00 P.M. 
 
   The Board of Directors has, in its meeting on 4 April 2019, decided to 
amend QPR Software's Disclosure Policy. 
 
   In the future, the Company uses stock exchange releases to disclose 
material, binding new contracts when net sales impact is EUR 0.4 million 
or more (previously EUR 0.2 million or more). The threshold is changed, 
because QPR's business is increasingly focused on an early market 
software. In an early part of software lifecycle, the occurrence of 
deals is less frequent than in mature markets, but the price level is 
substantially higher. 
 
   Furthermore, principles in responding to leaks and rumors have been 
added to the Disclosure Policy.
