In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation
Article 19, SANNE announces that, on 30 March 2019, the vesting of
shares previously awarded under the Company's Performance Share
Plan were made to Dean Godwin and Martin Schnaier, each an
Executive Director of the Company, as follows:
