CHANGE IN ISIN

Following the Company's delisting from the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") on 25 November 2019, the Company has made an application to switch its International Securities Identification Number ("ISIN") for the Company's ordinary shares. The Company's new ISIN issued in accordance with the ASX delisting is AU0000065989 and the new SEDOL number is BKTCZY5, both of which are expected to take effect on 2 December 2019. The existing ISIN (AU000000RRS3) will remain effective in the period up to the 2 December 2019.
