FAIR OAKS INCOME LIMITED (the "Company")
(Incorporated in Guernsey under The Companies (Guernsey) Law,
2008, as amended, with registered number 58123 and registered as a
Registered Closed-ended Collective Investment Scheme with the
Guernsey Financial Services Commission)
EXTENSION TO MASTER FUND COMMITMENT PERIOD
The Company announces that the General Partner of FOIF LP (the
"Master Fund" of the 2014 Share Class) has exercised its discretion
to extend the commitment period of the Master Fund a further, and
final, year to 27 May 2021.
The General Partner has informed the Company that the exercise
of its discretion is consistent with its expectation that
attractive risk-adjusted returns will continue to be available from
global senior secured bank loans held through CLOs during the
extended commitment period.
The discretion of the General Partner was exercised in
accordance with the Master Fund's limited partnership agreement.
After the end of its commitment period, the Master Fund is required
to distribute to the Company (and other investors in the Master
Fund) all repayments of principal received from the underlying
instruments.
