Director Appointment
Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK
infrastructure, announces the appointment of Stephanie Hazell as a
Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st March 2020.
Stephanie has over 20 years' relevant experience working in high
profile businesses including PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Orange SA,
Virgin Management Ltd and National Grid Plc where she held the
position of Director, Strategy and Corporate Development. She is an
Industrial Partner at Infracapital and a Non-Executive Director for
a number of their investments.
David M Forbes, Chairman said: "I am delighted to welcome
Stephanie to the Board. Her appointment will bring additional
valuable experience in a number of the Group's existing markets. In
addition, Stephanie's strategic experience across the
infrastructure sector will assist in the development and delivery
of the Group's established strategy."

Stephanie Anne Hazell (Aged 44) has confirmed that other than
the information disclosed below there are no matters to be
disclosed under Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM
