Starcrest Education The Belt & Road Limited (LSE: OBOR), the international developer and operator of education services in Europe, has today announced a change in shareholder information, made on 13 April 2020.

The specific items of approval and change are as follows:

Prior to the change of shareholder information:

XingChen Zhu: investment amount of 85 million yuan, investment proportion of 85%; Shenzhen Xin Jiu Tian Investment Holdings Ltd: investment amount of 15 million yuan, investment proportion of 15%.

Shareholder information after the change:

Fubao Group Holdings Ltd: investment amount of 85 million yuan, investment proportion of 85%;

Shenzhen Xin Jiu Tian Investment Holdings Ltd: investment amount of 15 million yuan, investment proportion of 15%.
