Global Entertainment Names New President for Multiple Entertainment Subsidiaries

Global Entertainment Corporation (AMEX: GEE) � a company engaged in
sports management, arena and related real estate development,
facility and venue management and marketing, venue ticketing and
brand licensing � today announced it has named Richard Floco
President of Encore Facility Management (Encore), the division of
Global that is engaged to administer multi-year facility agreements
for multi-purpose events centers throughout the nation. Mr. Floco
will also provide oversight responsibility to Global Entertainment
Marketing Systems (GEMS), which handles sales and marketing
services for Global managed events centers. He was serving as
President of Global Entertainment Ticketing (GetTix.Net) at the
time of his appointment and will continue in that role. Mr. Floco�s
appointment combines under one executive position all areas of
facility management, licensing and advertising, sales and marketing
and exclusive ticketing services for events centers under
management. Global Entertainment utilizes its multiple subsidiary
companies to provide a turnkey solution for the development of
multi-purpose events centers for mid-size communities throughout
the U.S. Global Properties I will work with communities to locate
areas of development and International Coliseums Company (ICC)
heads up design and manages the construction phase. The Western
Professional Hockey League d/b/a the Central Hockey League (CHL)
awards a hockey franchise to serve as a center�s primary tenant,
rounding out the turnkey aspects of newly developed events centers.
