Teletouch Communications, Inc. (AMEX: TLL) announced today that it plans to file its amended Annual Report on Form 10-K/A for fiscal 2004, as well as its Annual Report on Form 10-K for fiscal 2005 on Tuesday, November 8, 2005. The amended Annual Report on Form 10-K/A for fiscal 2004 will include amended and restated financial statements for the fiscal years ended May 31, 2002 and 2003, respectively, including specifically its amended and restated Consolidated Statement of Operations for the years ended May 31, 2002 and 2003, and Consolidated Balance Sheet as of May 31, 2003.
