FILLING OF2021 UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION

Paris – March 30, 2022
Klépierre filed today its French version of its
universal registration document relating to fiscal year 2021,
prepared in ESEF format (European Single Electronic Format) with
the Autorité des marchés financiers (“AMF”), under the reference
D.22-0203.
It can be read or downloaded on the websites

An English version of the universal registration
