XS1109741246), EUR1,000,000,000 2.500% Guaranteed Notes due 2026
(ISIN: XS1109741329) and GBP300,000,000 6.000% Guaranteed Notes due
2027 (ISIN: XS0301676861) issued by Sky Limited (together, the
"Notes")
Notice is given that on or about 22 May 2019, the Notes will be
transferred from the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc
to the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange
plc.
