Endeavour SCH PLC wishes to make investors aware of a change to the amortisation
profile contained in the Offering Circular, relating to the issue of
#137,400,000 Index Linked Secured Guaranteed Bonds due 2031 dated 10 August
1999, in order to correct a manifest error in the figures contained therein.
A new amortisation schedule is being sent directly to the bondholders.
