represent 10.0 percent of the share capital in the company and 10.5 percent of
the voting rights.  According to a disclosure notice from January 13, 2000
Investor's holding in SEB amounted to 67,689,032 A shares.  This represented 9.6
percent of the share capital in the company and 10.0 percent of the voting
rights.
